Scholar Leaders
Scholar Leaders was founded in 1983 to serve emerging leaders in the Majority World by supporting them in their PhD work and then partnering with them throughout their careers in their home countries. I am the principal designer and creative director. I’ve led the organization through a complete rebrand including their journal, a merger with another nonprofit, and the development of new initiatives.

Cedarville University
At Cedarville, I served as a professor and center director promoting the college through publishing, speaking at numerous external events, and participating in over 30 PR interviews each year. Promoted to full professor.

VP for Communications & Public Relations
Southern Seminary
I worked at Southern for over a decade in a number of roles, including leading their creative team for a complete rebrand and then serving as dean of the undergraduate college.
